We originally contacted you because a coworker said that you had a superior product and are extremely neat during the installation process. After meeting with you, hearing your passion for your work and product, learning that you and your son-in-law do all of the installation yourselves and evaluating your prices, we were confident that we made the right decision to purchase all new windows from you for our 50+ year old home.
We immediately noticed how quiet our house became after our windows were installed. Even during howling winds and thunderstorms, we could hardly hear anything. The windows are just like the demonstration you showed us - very little heat is felt on the windowpanes during the hot summer months. And you really are as neat as my coworker described!
What prompted us to write at this time is something we think your potential customers will be amazed to hear. Last week, when the temperature reached 16 degrees below zero at night, our furnace stopped working at 9:00 PM. We turned on a small space heater in the basement and set the oven to 350 degrees with the door closed. Those were our only sources of heat. We went to bed, and upon rising in the morning, thought for sure our furnace' had come back on because the house did not drop below 61 degrees.
The incredible part of this testimony is that our furnace did not come on until it was repaired later that day. Our windows were not that cold to the touch, and there was virtually no ice or drafts whatsoever coming from any of the windows.
You have a superior product and we are very thankful that we decided to use your company.

I know that they just finished installing them today and that I haven’t even gone through a winter with them yet. I can already notice a difference. My husband has a pickup truck that you can hear from a block away and with just my living and dining room window in, I did not hear him pull in our driveway.
